Just like any other muscles in your body, the muscles in your face can benefit from regular exercise. Face exercises are a non-invasive alternative to invasive cosmetic procedures, such as facelifts, fillers or Botox injections.

Face exercises can help strengthen and tone facial muscles, leading to a more sculpted and defined appearance.

But in order to get real benefits exercises by themselves aren't always beneficial. The thing is that some muscles on our face are frequently in spasm and need relaxation. That's why one of the essential parts of my program is a personalized face massage technique.

I also determine 4 main types how the face can age with a lot of variations which requires an individualized program to get only the benefits and no harm.

Skincare and Diet

Healthy diet and the right skincare routine are also essential in the way you look.

In the course I give advice on the skincare routine that might be beneficial for you.

I prefer Natural skincare products as they avoid or minimize the use of synthetic chemicals, preservatives, and potentially harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and artificial fragrances. They aim to provide effective skincare benefits without causing unnecessary irritation or disruption to the skin's natural balance. But at the end of the day this is your personal choice and I only give the suggestions.

I also provide you with information about what healthy habits you can develop in terms of diet, exercising and habits that can help you along your way to younger beautiful skin.
